Whether you're just getting started or consider yourself a grill master, the Grills Mafia BBQ Throwdown is for any cook with a passion for great que.
Join the fun and test your skills against fellow grillers in and around WNY.
Teams (1-2 people) will attempt to wow judges by grilling steak, salmon filet, and a pumpkin dessert dish of your choice.
Palmer’s Direct To You Market will supply the rib eyes and salmon filets. Competitors will supply the pumpkin ingredients. The dessert is anything goes so we encourage creativity but you are required to make it onsite.
