Que 42 is here to put great BBQ on the map in Western New York. Our story is rooted in a shared passion for BBQ, tailgating and the friendships made standing around hot coals. The flavors are authentic, natural, thoughtfully layered, and crafted with local ingredients, working with local partners.

Drew Gier, CFO // Reid Ferguson, CGO (Chief Grilling Officer). As equal partners, they collaborate on everything from developing new flavor profiles, producing BBQ competitions, and creating a community around Reid’s Grills Mafia foundation.
Made for BBQ and much more, these sauces and rubs are great on veggies, potatoes, and tofu. Proud to use only natural ingredients, without fillers, high fructose syrup, and never added preservatives.

Our products are made in Western New York and all our co-packers and distribution partners are located right here in Western New York.

While we are unable to legally claim (FDA regulations) they are gluten free, our products do not contain ingredients that have gluten.

Absolutely not! The sweetness comes from all natural raw sugar or Western New York honey. There are no fillers or preservatives.

Because we refuse to use preservatives and only use all-natural ingredients, sauces will separate. This is what natural products are supposed to do (think of real peanut butter). Just shake it up!

Our products legally must say they have a 2 year shelf life but unopened, they can last up to 5 years.

We are so much more than a BBQ brand! Our products can go on potatoes, veggies, and more. In fact, our KC rub is excellent on top of a plain cheesecake as a brûlée or a vanilla ice cream topping. Our young consumers love to dip their french fries in the sauces!
